We are always happy to take your phone call but we are often in the shop working on products.
It's what we do.
So, if you do get our answering machine, please don't be put off.
Just leave us your name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions
Payment
Orders require 50% down payment.
Balance due prior to shipment.
We accept checks and money orders.
We do not accept credit cards yet.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before final payment is made.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
A 3% cancellation fee will be applied.
All refunds are mailed within thirty days.
Delivery
Delivery times are currently estimated at three months from receipt of down payment.
All items are shipped FOB Newnan, Georgia.
Returns
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number MUST be issued for all returns.
There are no exceptions.
Returned items will not be accepted without the RMA number clearly written on the package.
You may request an RMA number via email or phone.
Warranty Policy Summary and Disclaimer
Deep Sky Instruments warrants their products to the original owner to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) tracking number must be obtained prior to returning
any goods to Deep Sky.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned merchandise.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear.
Warranty may be void at the discretion of Deep Sky if the product is modified or repaired without authorization.

Deep Sky expressly disclaims all damages which result from the use or inability to use any Deep Sky product.
All warranties are disclaimed except for those explicitly stated in our warranty policy.
Deep Sky's obligations are strictly limited to repair or replacement of product at the discresion of Deep Sky.
Any obligations are limited to the period stated in the warranty policy.
Deep Sky products are not intended to view or photograph the Sun.
Doing so could result in equipment damage and/or loss of vision and will void all warranties.
